What I'll do

• Participate in Standup meetings.
• Ask the right questions to the right people to get a clear picture.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with people at all levels to understand the project.
• Identify 'broken connections' between teams.
• Identify missing parts that slow down or create roadblocks.
• Report weekly to Management/Stakeholders.
• Be an asset and a human, with a goal for company health and growth.
• Perform platform and team discovery to quickly understand the current state.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to align with product development guidelines.
